Ceropegia nampyana Manudev, Kambale & Pramod

Ceropegia nampyana Manudev, Kambale & Pramod

Ceropegia nambiyana, the name given by the press, is, as so often of course wrong, the species is named in honour of Professor Santhosh Nampy, not Dr. Nambi or Dr. Namby as stated in the same press article.

This species is apparently closely realted to Ceropegia spiralis Wight and also very much resembles it.
